I was told that this Rangers Chat phone-in show was really beginning to pick up a wee bit and I was seeing that in small degrees over the last week. However, tonight’s show (Wed 22nd July), when they got into the whole Boycotters V ‘Loyal Fans’ nonsense again, showed that they could go one step forwardwards and just as you’re thinking AT LAST they step backwards four or five steps. If it wasn’t for the boycotters, the capitalist bottom feeders would still be in control of the club. Ashley would be taking all of our money then selling our assets when the gravy train slackened to a halt.
We the ‘Boycotters’ saved our club by forcing change and the “Loyal Fans” nearly destroyed it with a BLIND LOYALTY that I’d liken to Blind Stupidity, yet ‘Rangers Chat’ STILL harp on like the ‘Boycotters’ were Evil Betrayers. Just when you thought that this chat show might be turning a corner, it cloaks itself in stupidity as if it’s a lovely overcoat.
They’ll not admit they were wrong YET they can’t even walk away from the subject completely – Being Stupid and Obstinate really does go hand in hand.

Do you know what makes me sad about having to write about the above?? Celtic fans and Rangers-Haters have all the radio channels they need, from phone-in and talk mince to promote anti-Rangers bile.
They’re allowed to do that because the organisations that give them Carte Blanche like Radio Snyde and BBC Scotland are infested by bigoted hate-filled lowlifes who abuse the little power they have to promote an unethical Plastic-Irish football club… Celtic.
There are one or two guys that come on… I’m told (I rarely listen to it, just too exasperating) that are real nice people with open minds but…whatever!!!
On the plus side I note ‘Edmiston Drive’ isn’t on it much these days so maybe the improvement will be more gradual? I’ll give it another listen in 2 or 3 years time.
The rest of the Rangers online community should take this idea on because, run properly (no cliches or old pals acts) this idea could easily challenge Radio Snyde and BBC Septicland. Much needed cash (from adverts etc) could be raised to help Rangers F.C.
Also, Rangers F.C. … surely to God you can see the merit of this type of format? But then, they’d have to face the flack over the Copland Road debacle at the Burnley friendly where hundred’s of fans wanting to hand over their hard-earned £10, got messed around by mainly inept stewards and finally walked away without gaining entry. Disgraceful. The Match Operating Commander should be out in his arse in my opinion!
